Bake to breakfast fast and fragrant stuffed with eclairs, which will saturate the household for a long time
Sometimes you want to eat something for breakfast. You can, of course, get along with simple scrambled eggs with ham and bread, or you can cook up a wonderful and original breakfast with the same foods - eclairs with eclairs! They are fragrant, gentle, quickly prepared - in a word, a real find for a caring hostess! We offer you the original recipe - it certainly needs to be tested.
Set of products (dough):
- wheat flour 150 g;
- water 200 ml;
- sugar 1 tsp, pinch of salt;
- chicken eggs 5 pcs;
- butter 80 gr.
Stuffing for eclairs:
- ham or cooked sausage or any other meat 70 gr;
- hard cheese 70 g;
- quail egg 2 pieces;
- greens and salt.
Eclairs can be easily cooked in the evening, and then in the morning just put them together with stuffing in an oven or microwave. So, we proceed:
1. Mix water, salt, sugar and oil in a saucepan and bring the mixture to the boil.Stir in flour to make a thick mass. When the dough has cooled, drive eggs into it and mix. After that, spread on a baking sheet of a few spoons and send to the oven for half an hour at 180 degrees. Eclairs should be held in a closed oven, so as not to fall heavily. After that we get and either we start to immediately make the filling, or we leave it until the morning.
2. The filling is very simple: we cut out the top of the eclairs, add the finely chopped ham, cheese, then drive in the quail eggs, lightly salt. Sent to the oven (6 min) or microwave (1-2 min). Sprinkle with chopped greens. Appetizing and original breakfast is ready!
