For example, it is not recommended to add fresh cucumber to baked rolls, since it will lose its crunchy structure, but at the same time you can add pickles to these rolls, the taste of this will only become more original.Rinsed rice soaked in cold water for 20 minutes. After the time, we pour out the water and fill it with clean water.Cook rice twenty minutes after it boils.While rice is being cooked, fry nuggets in sunflower oil for three minutes on each side.Prepare the sauce. In a bowl, mix half the sesame, mayonnaise and soy sauce. Add the grated garlic and mix again until a homogeneous consistency is formed.Cut the nuggets and cheese into long cubes.We lay out the sheets of nori on the mat. We distribute half the cooked rice, leaving a place from the far edge of 1.5 centimeters.It is important that the rice is cooled, since the hot seaweed nori shrivel. We put sliced nuggets, cheese on rice. Sprinkle them with half of sesame and pour two teaspoons of garlic sauce, spreading it evenly over the roll filling.
