Meanwhile, mix the cheese with sugar and beat with a mixer. Cheese should be at room temperature. After whipping should get an air cream mass. Add sour cream. Separately, beat the eggs and mix with the mass. You can beat the eggs at once one by one, carefully beating the filling. Add a little vanilla sugar to the cheese mass and put the stuffing on the prepared cake.
Bake for an hour at a temperature of 150-160 degrees, then turn off the oven. Leave the cake in the oven for 15 minutes. To check the readiness of the dish, it is necessary to knock on the side of the form with a knife - only the center will tremble at the finished dish.Then the cheesecake should be cooled at room temperature and refrigerated for 6 hours. The finished cheesecake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar and decorated with strawberry jam or fresh strawberries.
