Wash my liver, clear films, cut into large parts. Slightly add salt and season with pepper, garlic and herbs. On bacon, put a piece of the liver and roll the rolls. Fix the toothpicks. Fry on the grill or the lid of the barbecue, turning over periodically for 5–7 minutes or until the liver is ready.
