HGTV's Property Brothers Debut Two New Country Music Tracks
If you're an avid fan of HGTV, you've likely watched Drew and Jonathan Scott help house hunters buy and sell homes on their show, Property Brothers. Well now, the brothers are going back to their country roots with their newest show "Property Brothers at Home on the Ranch," which will follow Drew and Scott as they renovate their family friend's estate in Alberta, Canada.
In order to promote the series, the twins have decided to add "country music superstars" to their resume. They recently teased two new songs, "Let the Night Shine In" and "Hold On," which they co-wrote with Victoria Shaw and Chad Carlson in Nashville—and we have to say, we're actually quite impressed by their vocals. The full tracks will debut during the special's first episode on November 25.
While this may seem like an unexpected move, the brothers say their new gig actually hits closer to home than you might expect. "We grew up on a ranch [in the Canadian Rockies] where most weekend nights ended in us all around the campfire, with our dad playing guitar," they explained toThe Hollywood Reporter. That's right, underneath their dapper appearances are just two country boys at heart.

Apparently, this isn't the first time they've tried to drum up excitement using music.
