How to bake a gingerbread house
You will need
- For gingerbread:
- 2 eggs;
- 1 cup of sugar;
- 0.5 pack of margarine;
- 1 teaspoon soda;
- 3 tablespoons of honey;
- ground ginger
- For syrup;
- 0.5 cup of sugar;
- 3 tablespoons of water.
- For protein cream:
- 1 protein;
- 0.5 cups of powdered sugar.
- For decoration:
- colored dressing for confectionery;
- candied fruit;
Mix in a saucepan 2 eggs, 1 cup of sugar, 0.5 packs of margarine, 1 teaspoon of soda, 3 tablespoons of honey.
Put the pot on a slow fire. While stirring continuously, heat the contents until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Remove pan from heat.
Mash a clove and cardamom in a mortar. Add ground ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon. Vary the amount of spices you like.
Pour the spices into the pan with the dough, stir. Add flour and knead not very steep elastic, not sticky to the hands of the dough. Remember that gingerbread dough is not possible to "mix."
Put the dough on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. With your hands or a rolling pin, distribute it evenly over the entire baking sheet with a layer of the same thickness.
Put the dough in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, and bake the gingerbread until tender.
