How to cook salmon

Salmon "tenderness itself"
Rinse the salmon steaks, dry, rub with a mixture of white ground pepper and salt and sprinkle with lemon juice, then place in a refractory form. Cook the sauce. To do this, grind in a blender, peeled red onions and peeled tangerines. Then add sour cream and beat it all together for 2-3 minutes.Pour salmon with tangerine sauce and bake for 10 minutes in an oven heated to 200 ° C. Then reduce the heat to 160 ° C and continue baking the fish for another 7-10 minutes. Serve salmon on the table by decorating with mandarin slices.
Salmon with onions

Salmon with broccoli
Wash the potatoes, peel, cut into slices and cook in broth for 10 minutes. Then gently drain the liquid into separate dishes. Boil broccoli in salted water and drain in a colander. The oven is heated to 200 ° C. Salmon fillet washed and cut into large cubes. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and sprinkle with pepper. Boil the fish in broth for about 3 minutes.
