Faith based on fear will not benefit. You cannot “keep a good attitude towards people” solely out of fear of being punished, this is wrong and false. Any "evil" that people create always has its own causes and consequences, but often true causes are not visible from the outside. Everyone has their own principles and sometimes they can go against ours, hence it seems that a person does evil. It happens in a different way when you understand the causes of destructive behavior, but just disagree with them.

Bible Romans, 12 chapter, verses 17-21: Do not return evil to evil for anyone, taking care of the good of all. As far as possible on your part, be at peace with all people.
