Removing red eyes is easy! Open the toolbar and select the Red Eye Red Eye Tool, the cross appears, you hover it on the red eyes you want to fix and click the mouse button. If the pupil is not completely black and red is visible, then increase the pupil size and the amount of darkening. There you will find in the settings, nothing complicated. Even the color can be changed! Increase the photo so that the eye becomes large, select the Elliptical Marquee Tool, move the cursor to the pupil and press Shift + Alt. and choose what we want to paint over! Then we press Color Balance and select the color. try it! There and so everything is intuitive!

Of course you can! the simplest thing is to make a photo b / w, then for sure no red eyes will be haha But in general, in all the programs there is an opportunity to remove the red-eye effect, even in the standard from Microsoft.
