How to unload the program?
When the program starts to hang and does not respond to user actions, the only way out in this case will be to unload it, since finding out the cause of this behavior is very difficult and time consuming. However, before unloading the program, you need to find in the Windows system a utility called “Task Manager”, which will greatly simplify the work.
Uploading the program
As a rule, the task manager program is called in one of the following ways: by pressing the keyboard shortcut Ctrl (left) + Shift (left) + Esc or Ctrl + Alt + Delete. In addition, the utility is easily launched through the context menu of the taskbar. You just need to click on it with the right mouse button and select the item with the same name.
After that, a dialog box should appear in which the “Applications” tab will open. It should highlight the hung application. It will be easy to do, because opposite it will be marked “Not responding”. Then in the context menu, select the tab "Go to the process."You can call the context menu by pressing the right mouse button. There is nothing to do in the “Processes” tab, since the necessary item will already be selected, you just need to right-click and click on “End Process”. In the new confirmation window, you must answer "Yes." After that, the hung program will be closed automatically. You should try to run it again, and if it still does not respond to your actions, it is better to reinstall it, in other words, remove it and reinstall it again.
Remove the program
In the "Start" menu, select "Control Panel", where in the window that appears, click on the "Add or Remove Programs" icon. In the list that opens, you need to find the necessary utility, select it and click the "Change / Remove" button. After that, a confirmation window for the current operation should appear with the question “Do you really want to delete?”. It must be answered positively. After the removal of the program is completed the computer is recommended to restart. And then you can install the remote utility again. Now you know how to unload the program and what to do if it did not help.
