Roasted Tomatoes with Cheese

Simple, but very tasty dish. Can be used as a snack. unusual use of familiar products will surprise your loved ones and guests.

Cooking method:

Adygea cheese cut into cubes of 2 cm. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into 8 cloves.

Heat the oil in a medium-sized thick-bottomed saucepan, add cumin seeds and, as soon as they darken (after about 30 seconds), add the tomatoes. Carefully turn them over until they turn red.

Add the cheese pieces. Season it with turmeric, salt and pepper, and fry, stirring gently, for 2-3 minutes, trying not to break the pieces of cheese and tomatoes.Add a little (1 tsp.) Sugar.

Before you remove the pan from the heat, pour the sour cream over its contents.

Serve hot with greens.
