Shashlik video recipes for May: from fish, pork and turkey

What are the May holidays without a trip out of town and the flavor of kebab!? Do you agree? Then do not forget to stock up on fresh vegetables in advance and marinate the meat. And remember: no mayonnaise, and if the adult relatives insist - do not listen, just treat them with meat or fish on the coals according to our useful recipes. 

Marinade for grilled fish

  • 500 g of fish
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 40 ml of olive oil
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • salt / freshly ground black pepper to taste
  1. Peel the fish from the skin, cut into portions and fold into a gastronorm container.
  2. Peel off the seed box, cut into large strips and add to the fish.
  3. Squeeze half a lemon, add salt, pepper and oil.
  4. Mix well, put the remaining lemon slices on top, cover with a lid and place under pressure for at least 2 hours.

Marinade for pork

  • 500 g pork neck
  • 250 ml of kefir
  • 1 sliced ​​onion half rings
  • lemon juice
  • a few sprigs of cilantro, fresh basil and mint
  • salt / freshly ground black pepper to taste
  1. Rinse the meat in running water, remove the nodules and cut into portions.
  2. Add to gastronorm container.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients, pour kefir, remove under pressure for at least 5-6 hours.

Marinade for turkey

  • 500 g boneless turkey thigh
  • 70 ml of olive oil
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • lemon juice
  • a handful of basil
  • salt / freshly ground black pepper to taste
  1. Clean the thighs of the turkey from the fatty layers, fold into the gastronorm container.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well, cover tightly and put under pressure for at least 3-4 hours.
