Souffle "Mosaic"

You will need
  • - 1 liter of milk;
  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of cocoa powder;
  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of sugar;
  • - 4 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;
  • - 100 g of dark chocolate;
  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of vanilla;
  • - 30 g of gelatin.
Gelatin is diluted in a glass of water as indicated on the packaging method and divide it into two equal parts.
A liter of milk is also divided into two equal parts. We put one part on a slow fire, adding to it 1 tbsp. spoon vanilla, 1 tbsp. spoon of sugar, 2 tbsp. spoons of cocoa powder and a bar of chocolate.
After the cocoa is dissolved and the chocolate is melted, remove the cooked mass from the stove and allow it to cool slightly, then pour one part of the diluted gelatin into it and mix thoroughly.
The second part of the milk is mixed using a mixer with the remaining sugar, vanilla and 4 tbsp. spoons sour cream.
Chocolate and white jelly is poured into molds and put them in the fridge until it solidifies.
Two frozen color jelly cut into small cubes, put them in the same bowl and mix thoroughly.
Give the jelly a little melt and then put it in the fridge for freezing.
Put the finished jelly on a dish and sprinkle it with grated chocolate.
