Tip 4: How to cook Flapjack cookies?

You will need
  • - oatmeal 250 g
  • - corn flakes 30 g
  • - dried fruits (prunes, dried apricots) 100 g each
  • - nuts (almonds or walnuts) 50 g
  • - coconut flakes 50 g
  • - raisins 100 g
  • - dried strawberries 100 g
  • - butter 100 g
  • - granulated sugar 30 g
  • - liquid honey of light shades 4 tbsp. l
Instruction
Pour boiling water over dried apricots, prunes, raisins and strawberries and leave for 15 minutes. Cut large pieces into small pieces.
Crush the almonds to fine crumbs.
Add butter, sugar and honey to the multicooker bowl. Warm the mixture at a temperature of 130 degrees in the Multipovar mode for 10 minutes.
Add flakes, almonds and coconut chips. Stir. Spread the mixture evenly across the bottom of the bowl and apply it lightly with your hands.
Cook in Multipovar mode at 160 degrees for 45 minutes. Do not remove the cake until it cools completely.
Ready cake cut into strips or squares. Arrange on plates, tins or paper napkins.

Cookies from muesli are recommended to be consumed at the second breakfast (at 10-00), washed down with mineral water without gas. Multizlakovoy cookies quickly saturates and gives impetus to the brain. In the dietary variant sugar, chocolate and coconut chips should be excluded.
Helpful advice
Instead of strawberries, you can use any berries or pieces of orange pulp. If you want dark brown cookies, add buckwheat flakes or dark chocolate. Store cookies in foil pods in a cool place. Shelf life: not more than 7 days.
