Make this simple yogurt- and sour cream-based dip using your choice of finely minced chives, tarragon, rosemary, basil, thyme, sage, or dill.

1/2 c. low-fat sour cream
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1/2 c. finely minced chives, tarragon, rosemary, basil, thyme, sage, or dill (chef's choice)
Milk or cream (optional)
fresh ground pepper
Cut-up fresh vegetables
- Mix low-fat sour cream with plain yogurt in a bowl. Stir herbs and garlic into the sour cream base.
- Check the consistency. If it's too thick, add some milk or cream.
- Sprinkle with fresh ground pepper and serve with fresh vegetables.
