For the future - always take a check! Even if the store does not have a cash register, you can ask for a sales receipt — you are required to issue it. If there is a cash register, the goods were punched, but for some reason they did not give you a check or you lost it, bring it back to the store - I don’t remember exactly if the copies of the checks or purchase information should be saved (by law), the seller can see this. If you bought not one, but, for example, with a girlfriend, then take it with you - the presence of a witness is also important. Take with you the packaging and all documents, ask to exchange low-quality goods for a new one or take back the money for the purchase.
