grated Gruyère cheese
1/4 tsp. fresh thyme leaves
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
11- to 12-inch thin pizza crust
- Preheat oven to 475 degrees F.
- In colander, toss zucchini with salt. Let stand 10 minutes.
- Squeeze out all liquid. Combine cheese, thyme, and crushed red pepper with zucchini.
- Spread evenly on crust. Place on cookie sheet; bake 15 minutes or until golden brown on top.
